SWF Work on Partnerships and New Entrant Nations in Space Resources Activities Presented at Space Resources Week Event

 Ian Christensen SWF’s Director, Private Sector Programs, along with Soyoung Chung, Senior Researcher at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) presented a summary of Outcomes of A Workshop on Perspectives of New Entrant Space Programs on Space Resources at the 2024 Luxembourg Space Resources Week. This presentation summarized outcomes of a workshop held in Daejeon Korea in November co-organized by SWF, KARI, the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM) and the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT) which discussed approaches to effectively engage the emerging space programs so that they can contribute to and benefit from space resource activities in the coming future.
