	Lynn van Broock She holds a Master of Science in Space Studies from the University of North Dakota, USA, where she conducted research on planetary prototypes, space suits, and terrestrial analogs. She was a professor of Physics and Calculus for many years in the engineering programs at the National University of Comahue and a postgraduate professor in space life support systems at the University of North Dakota. She has broad expertise in strategic planning of activities that contribute to new research opportunities and the build-up of alliances with other companies based on the analysis of commercial applications of innovative technology. She currently conducts Market & Business Intelligence for the Department of Space at INVAP.
	Hellmut Lagos Senior Chilean diplomat with extensive experience in international law and security, currently serving as the Consul of Chile in La Paz, Bolivia, and notably chaired the UN COPUOS Legal Subcommittee from 2016 to 2018, as well as the UN’s 2022-2023 Open-Ended Working Group on Norms, Rules, and Principles of Responsible Behaviors.
