Brian Weeden Discusses China's Space Collaboration with Africa and Implications for U.S. Policy

SWF Director of Program Planning Dr. Brian Weeden participated in a panel discussion on "China's Space Collaboration with Africa", which was organized by the United States Institute for Peace (USIP) to discuss their new report on that topic. Julie Klinger, Assistant Professor, Department of Geography and Spatial Sciences, University of Delaware, and Temidayo Oniosun, Founder and Managing Director, Space in Africa, co-authored the report and provided an overview of their findings. Dr. Weeden and Dr. Kun-Chin Lin, Professor of Military and Security Studies, Department of Spacepower, Air University, provided their perspectives on the implications of the report for U.S. policy.
