SWF Moderates Panel at Satellite 2023 Addressing Space Security Risks for Commercial Satellite Systems

SWF Director of Private Sector Programs Ian Christensen moderated a panel discussion on the topic of “Identifying the Evolving Threats to Military Satellite Communications Systems” at the Satellite 2023 conference in Washington, DC. The panel discussed the evolving environment of space security risks for commercial and military satellite operators, including counterspace developments and movement towards an ASAT test moratorium. Speakers on the panel represented Aerospace Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation, SpinLaunch and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
