Victoria Samson Speaks at Arms Control Association conference

Victoria Samson spoke at the ACA’s annual meeting, titled “Marking 50 Years of Accomplishments and Charting the Course for Challenges Ahead.” Her panel, “Arms Control for Tomorrow: Mitigating the Dangers of New Weapons Technologies," discussed the current status of space security and stability discussions at the UN, the increasing interest in counterspace capabilities globally, and ways forward for space governance.
