SWF Participates in Panel Discussion on Status and Future of the Space Force
Tuesday, December 8, 2020
In a recently published Cato Institute policy analysis, Robert Farley argues that the Space Force lacks both a clearly defined organizational culture and a clear strategic purpose, which will hamstring the newly created service. SWF’s Brian Weeden participated in a virtual policy forum organized by The Cato Institute with the report’s author and other leading space policy experts to discuss the report and debate its findings. The participants discussed the current status of the Space Force, whether it was addressing the challenges it was created to solve, and what steps could e taken to make it more effective. More details about the event and a video recording of the discussion can be found at the Cato Institute website.
