Chris Johnson Discusses Lunar Exploration and Governance Issues on Space Café WebTalk

In this Space Cafè WebTalk, Space Law Advisor Christopher Johnson, discussed issues of developing the next phase of governance for space activities. This included the strengths and shortcomings of international, national, and contractual approaches to developing new norms for space activities. In addition, he shared some thoughts on larger questions related to space exploration and utilization, such as how broadly do consultations have to be in deciding what humanity can do in outer space.
