International Space Exploration Forum Seeks Strategies for International Cooperation for the Moon Base and Space Natural Resources

Recognizing a need for comprehensive studies over the construction of lunar bases and the exploitation of space natural resources, the University of Tokyo organized the “Strategies for the Moon Base & Space Natural Resources” workshop, on the occasion of the second International Space Exploration Forum, held in Tokyo, Japan. Space Law Advisor Chris Johnson served as a panelist on the Strategies for International Cooperation panel. The workshop was held in an open forum for opinion leaders from industries, academia and students to discuss various strategies including law and policy in the context of the Moon exploration.
