Krystal Wilson Participates in 2017 NOAA Space Weather Workshop
Monday, May 8, 2017
Project Manager Krystal Wilson attended the 2017 NOAA Space Weather Workshop held in Broomfield, Colorado on May 1-5. This meeting focused on the impacts of space weather and on recent scientific advances in specifying and predicting the conditions in the space environment and was co-sponsored by the NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center, the NSF Division of Atmospheric and Geospace Sciences, and the NASA Heliophysics Division. Attending this event allowed SWF to deepen our relationships within the space weather community, gain a better understanding of the key technical and policy issues, and look for future opportunities for collaboration.
More information on this event including speaker presentations can be found at NOAA's website.
