Laura Delgado López Publishes Article on Data Policy Issues Raised by Smallsats

SWF Project Manager Laura Delgado López published an article on the data policy questions raised by small satellites for Earth observations in the April issue of Geospatial World magazine. In "The Data Policy Pieces of the Puzzle," she argues that "a more holistic approach to data issues could help inform ongoing discussions about how best to take advantage of the smallsat disruption in the United States and abroad."
