Victoria Samson and Laura Delgado López Publish Articles in Spring Issue of Apogeo Spatial

Washington Office Director Victoria Samson and Project Manager Laura Delgado López published articles in the Spring edition of Apogeo Spatial.

Ms. Delgado López's article, "International Cooperation on Earth Observations," focuses on the value of bilateral partnerships in Earth observations.

Ms. Samson's article, "Disaster Risk Management," examines the efforts of four organizations in providing geospatial information and Earth observation data after natural disasters have occurred.
