Harvard Space Week

SWF sponsored this year's Harvard Space Week, the Harvard & MIT Space Consortium’s annual outreach series of events, during which the Consortium promotes exchanges between an impressive array of affiliated top experts, business and community leaders, faculty, researchers, educators, students, and alumni, which allows the community to engage with critical discussions related to the multidisciplinary issues affecting the aerospace industry today.

Space Week at Harvard is always free and open to the public. Through experts’ lightning talks, keynotes, a space career fair, and a week-long Space Film Festival, Consortium members and the greater Boston community were invited to discover the intricate hot-button topics in the field. 

SWF Space Law Advisor Chris Johnson joined a panel on space sustainability organized by Harvard SEDs and gave commentary following a screening  of the hit film "Gravity."
