SWF Participates in Conference & Workshop on Capturing Technology and Rethinking Arms Control

SWF Washington Office Director Victoria Samson spoke on a panel discussion hosted by the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) and the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This event brought together a roundtable group of experts representing different sectors and different domains to discuss how emerging technologies are challenging (or changing) the concept of trust, as well as the tools available to build it and maintain it (e.g. role of norms of behavior).
