SWF Director of Private Sector Programs Ian Christensen presented a discussion of "The Evolving Regulatory Context for SmallSats" during a plenary session of the annual SmallSat Conference in Logan, UT.  Mr. Christensen's presentation summarized the current status and key aspects of several ongoing U.S. regulatory chances that affect the small satellite operator community.
