SWF Sponsors the 2019 Loftus Space Sustainability Award at the 10th IAASS Space Safety Conference

SWF Executive Director Peter Martinez attended the 10th IAASS Space Safety Conference in El Segundo, California from May 15 - 17.

Dr. Martinez delivered a keynote address on the role of multilateral space diplomacy in promoting space safety. He also participated in a panel on space sustainability. At the annual IAASS conference gala dinner and awards ceremony, Dr. Martinez presented the IAASS’s 2019 Loftus Space Sustainability Award to Ms. Diana Kissock and the 18th Space Control Squadron of the US Air Force.
