Brian Weeden briefs Canadian Officials on Trends and Challenges in the Space Domain

SWF Technical Advisor Brian Weeden took part in the Defence Engagement Program Executive Panel in Ottawa, Canada, on June 10, 2016. The The goal of the Executive Panel is to inform Canada’s defence policy thinking by engaging multiple external experts on subjects that are timely, relevant and directly related to the Department of National Defence’s priorities, and to help inform Canada's on-going defense policy review. The Panel focused its discussions on emerging domains of military activities: unmanned systems, space, and cyber. Mr. Weeden gave a presentation on trends in the space domain, the resulting security challenges, and how Canada can help meet those challenges to ensure space remains safe, secure, and sustainable.
